Looks like exactly what I want for our back deck.
We’re in the process of deconstructing the rotten gazebo over our hot tub and wondering what to once it’s gone.I’m collecting ideas and the pieces to put them into place – if we keep the posts, we could put solar lighted post caps on the top, or we could string these lights around them or between them in some fashion, or even both. It’s a work in progress! But I really like these little lights, and the fact that they’re solar and the panel is small enough to tuck away, but then you need to be able to get to the power and mode buttons to work the lights.I suppose once you get them set up, if it holds the settings, you could just leave them on all the time and let them charge during the day and run down (or not) overnight. But they’re cute, and obviously perfect for outdoor use, and one spare bulb is included – they appear to be clear plastic.

So far so good!
These string lights are smaller than what you normally see and they are made of clear plastic. Neither of these things are bad especially with an outdoor light just something to note. I liked that they are plastic/shatterproof especially because we are going to be using them as pathway lights so they are closer to the ground where pets and children have the potential to mess with them. I immediately got the solar panel out and started charging them up but I could not tell if they were working and when I plugged the lights in they did not work. You are also able to charge the solar panel with a C type charger and when i plugged that it a little red light comes on so I knew something was happening. It stayed red forever, never changed to a different color or went off so I don’t know what that means – maybe just that it was plugged in? i finally did get them working by pressing the power button again, I had tried that before but you have to press HARD and then you will hear a little click and they turned on. I cannot speak to how long they will stay on for because we just set them up for a backyard game and then turned them off when we went inside because they were not in their permanent position so no need to leave them scattered out. I hope to get out soon and get them placed but I see no reason for them not to perform correctly after using them on and off for a week in various locations.

Nice screw in bulbs
Because this is a solar set, the wire is not as heavy as a high voltage set, but it is perfect for our implementation on a walkway pergola. The solar panel charges the lights sufficiently to operate the lights for hours after nightfall. We chose the simple on/off mode, but you can also choose flashing or breath modes. I really appreciate the screw in bulbs. We get a lot of ocean breeze and a different set with push in bulbs keeps dropping bulbs in the wind. These screw in stay in place. Light weight and easy for one person to put up alone. Highly recommend.

Nice Warm Lighting
These are very nice and they reach a very long way. I attached a wire from three trees across my backyard to support these lights, and attached the solar panel to a tree that receives sun about half the day. They work great. Very soft warm lights. I would recommend.

Rugged Non Glass Lights with Solar Power for Great Versatility
I love seeing these string lights in other people’s backyards and on the patio of restaurants since it gives a real cozy and relaxed feel. My only issue with installing lights like these is that I have to find a way to plug them in outside the house or garage. The glass bulbs used in some sets is also problematic due to breakage and the danger of lass all over the place. This set is awesome since it remedies my biggest concerns, power and bulbs. This set is solar powered and can shut off when it detects light. I don’t have to manually turn them on and off since it has this dusk til dawn feature. Also, no more power cables to worry about because it’s solar powered. The panel did look like the construction of the edges was not so good since it looked like the surface was not smooth and there are some defects on the panel edges. However, the panel works to charge up the batteries. There is an on/off switch and a mode switch where you can adjust the pattern of illumination from slow flashing to disco flashing to just steady on. The panel connects securely to the lamp wires. The bulbs screw in and can be replaced by other LED type bulbs if needed. The construction is good aside from the panel and the color of the tough plastic bulbs is nice and warm. There are no hanging hooks so you would need to provide your own to attach them to your walls. Overall this is a nice set for hanging in the backyard and its solar power and sturdy bulbs makes for simple installation.

Tough bulbs and overall high quality
We ordered these for some evening fund raising events so they would be put up and taken down a lot and the quality and durability of the bulbs is important. They are tough to say the least. The wiring is great quality and doesn’t seem that it will crack over time as some do. Very happy with these.

Looks great on the fence
This string of 100 solar lights looks great on my fence. The bulbs are small so they are not that bright, but have a nice ambiance to them. The bulbs are also made of plastic and I like that for safety reasons. There is also a mode button on the back of the solar panel. You can choose the brightness and a flashing mode. I have mine on the brightest mode. The lights have stayed on for about 6 to 7 hours. Really enjoying these lights. Recommended.

Love them!!
So convenient no need for an outlet to give some light in our backyard. These are great quality at a great price. It makes it so much easier to not worry about plugging them in and having a yard look so pretty even with weeds and high grass because the man of the house canât cut on a regular. I really do feel so much safer walking out in light. 🙂
